Perfect location in the heart of the city with great shops and restaurants around. The room was neat with modern facilities, and the bed might need rearranging but didn't interrupt my sleep. Staying at this centrally located hotel made it easy to explore the historic centre of town and other major attractions. The train station was conveniently located nearby, making it easy to make a quick day trip to Sintra. The room was stylishly designed and offered great amenities like a comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom, and plenty of lighting. The helpful staff ensured we had a great stay and the breakfast was a nice way to start our day.
The coat-hangers in the wardrobe were not designed for easy handling, making it difficult to organize our clothes.

Great location, close to all attractions and transportation. Friendly and helpful staff. Complimentary smartphone with internet access and calling credit. Really clean rooms and tasteful decor.
Some rooms had a strong smell of frying grease from the restaurant below. Noise from the square and hallway could be heard, not soundproof.

This hotel is perfect for exploring the city, as it is located next to the railway station and very close to everything. The staff is friendly and the hotel facilities are modern and clean. Transportation is easy with access to trains to Sintra for a quick day trip.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the city centre. The location was perfect, just around the train station where I could easily catch a train to Sintra for a day trip. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a lovely en-suite bathroom that had the most amazing water pressure in the shower. And the view of the square from my room was absolutely fantastic, it was such a joy to wake up to every morning. The breakfast, with a view of the plaza, was delicious, especially the coffee from their espresso machine.
Everything was just perfect.
